Metal corrugated pipe testing method: Radial stiffness test under concentrated or uniformly distributed load: The sample length is taken as 5d、 and should not be less than 300mm. The minimum scale should not be less than 10N、 and the load should be applied at a speed not exceeding 20N/s. Anti leakage performance test under concentrated load: Apply concentrated load until the deformation reaches 20% of the inner diameter of the circular pipe or the short axis size of the flat pipe、 and fill the sample with pure water slurry with a water cement ratio of 0.5; If there is no seepage after filling with clean water、 no more water or mud can be added. Leakage resistance test after bending: Bend the metal corrugated pipe into an arc with a radius of 30 times the inner diameter of the circular pipe and no more than 800 times the diameter of the steel wire; The short axis direction of the flat tube is 4000mm. Appearance and size inspection: Use a vernier caliper for inner and outer diameter dimensions and ripple height、 use a spiral micrometer for steel strip thickness、 and use a steel tape measure for length
