1、 Insulation rubber pad testing scope:

II Appearance and specification inspection requirements:

The depth or height of the spots or bumps on the insulation rubber pad shall not exceed the thickness tolerance of the rubber plate. Within each square meter of bubbles、 there shall be no more than 5 bubbles with an area of less than 1cm2、 and the distance between any two bubbles shall not be less than 40mm. The depth and length of impurities shall not exceed the thickness of the rubber plate、 and the width of uneven or spongy parts of the rubber pad shall not exceed 10mm. The length shall not exceed 1/10 of the total length of the rubber plate、 And no cracks are allowed

III. Structural requirements for insulation rubber pad inspection:

The insulation rubber pad should be made of rubber insulation materials.

4. Insulation rubber pad process and forming inspection requirements:

The upper and lower surfaces of the insulation pad should be free of harmful irregularities.

. Harmful irregularity refers to one of the following characteristics、 namely、 defects that disrupt uniformity and smooth surface contours、 such as small holes、 cracks、 local protrusions、 incisions、 inclusions of conductive foreign objects、 folds、 voids、 concave and convex ripples、 and casting marks. Harmless irregularity refers to the surface irregularity formed during the production process

V. Thickness Requirements for Insulation Rubber Pad Inspection:

At least 5 different points should be randomly selected on the entire insulation pad for thickness measurement and inspection. Micrometers or instruments of the same accuracy can be used for measurement. The accuracy of the micrometer should be within 0.02mm、 the diameter of the measuring drill should be 6mm、 and the diameter of the flat presser foot should be (3.17 ± 0.25) mm. The presser foot should be able to apply (0.83 ± 0.03) N of pressure. The insulation pad should be placed flat to ensure smooth measurement between micrometer measurements

VI. National Standard Requirements for Insulation Rubber Pad Testing:

1. Select 8mm thick distribution room voltage of 10KV、 and conduct power frequency withstand voltage test for 10000V1 minutes without breakdown. Conduct power frequency withstand voltage test for 18000V、 and conduct breakdown for 2 seconds.

2. The voltage in the distribution room is 35KV10-12mm、 and the power frequency withstand voltage test is 15000V1 for one minute without breakdown. In the power frequency withstand voltage test、 26000V、 breakdown occurs in 20 seconds 3. The low-voltage selection in the distribution room is 5mm thick and below 500V. The power frequency withstand voltage test is conducted for 3500V1 minutes without breakdown、 while the power frequency withstand voltage test is conducted for 10000V for 20 seconds without breakdown

7. Inspection and storage requirements for insulation rubber pads:

1. Insulation pads should be stored in dedicated boxes 2. Avoid direct sunlight and rain and snow immersion 3. Prevent squeezing and collision with sharp objects 4. Do not allow the insulation pad to come into contact with oil、 acid、 alkali or other harmful substances、 and keep it at least 1m away from the heat source
