Galvanized welded wire mesh is divided into two types: electrogalvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing. Electrogalvanizing is commonly known as cold galvanizing technology. Cold galvanizing is the process of hanging a rust free and wet welded wire mesh into a dedicated electroplating tank's cathode、 and using zinc as the anode. Connect the DC power supply、 the zinc ions on the anode migrate to the cathode、 and discharge on the cathode to coat the welding mesh with a zinc layer. The coating is relatively thin、 usually within 5-30 microns、 so the anti-corrosion time will be relatively short; Hot dip galvanizing is the process of melting zinc into a liquid state and immersing the base material in it. This way、 the zinc will form an interpenetration with the base material、 which is very tightly bonded、 and other impurities or defects are not easily left in the middle. It is similar to the two materials melting together in the coating area、 and the coating thickness is large、 reaching 100 microns. Therefore、 the corrosion resistance is high. The salt spray test for 96 hours is not a problem、 which is equivalent to 10 years in a typical environment
