High aluminum insulation bricks are classified into seven grades based on their bulk density: LG-1.0、 LG-0.9、 LG-0.8、 LG-0.7、 LG-0.6、 LG-0.5、 and LG-0.4
Clay based thermal insulation bricks are thermal insulation refractory products with an Al203 content of 30% to 48%、 mainly made from refractory clay. Clay insulation bricks are divided into ten grades based on their bulk density: NG-1.5、 NG-1.3a、 NG-1.3b、 NG-1.0、 NG-0.9、 NG-0.8、 NG-0.7、 NG-0.6、 NG-0.5、 and NG-0.4. At present、 there are also many applications of lightweight low iron and high aluminum bricks in blast furnaces and hot blast furnaces
