The lifespan of the coating is mainly determined by the thickness of the coating in a specific environment. The thickness of the coating is determined by the thickness of the steel、 which means that the thicker the steel、 the thicker the coating. Therefore、 the thicker the steel parts in the same steel structure must also receive a thicker coating to ensure a longer lifespan. 7. Due to aesthetics、 art、 or when used in a specific severely corrosive environment、 the galvanized layer can be further painted with duplex system. As long as the paint system is selected correctly and easy to apply、 its anti-corrosion effect is 1.5-2.5 times better than the combined lifespan of individual painting and hot dip galvanizing. 8.
