Spraying concrete is a construction method of using a pressure spray gun to spray and pour fine aggregate concrete. Precautions ①: When spraying in batches、 the re spraying should be carried out after the final setting of the previous concrete. If spraying is carried out one hour after the final setting、 the surface of the spraying layer should be cleaned with water first. If there is an overbreak or low concave crack、 it should be repaired and leveled before normal spraying It is strictly prohibited to aim the nozzle at personnel During the spraying process、 if faults such as pipe blockage、 power outage、 etc. occur、 the water valve should be immediately closed、 and the nozzle should be placed downwards to prevent water from flowing into the material conveying pipe; When dealing with pipe blockage、 the tapping method is used to transport the material through the pipe Sprayers should wear dust masks、 latex gloves、 and glasses After the spraying work is completed、 the spraying layer should be watered once per shift within seven days. After seven days、 it should be watered once a day and maintained for 28 days. ⑥ Spray machine drivers must undergo specialized training、 be familiar with the performance、 structure、 and working principles of the spray machine、 and be able to troubleshoot general faults for daily maintenance and upkeep The air inlet of the spraying machine is well sealed to prevent air leakage from blowing up dust; Smooth exhaust port and smooth exhaust emission; The joint of the spray pipe is firm、 well sealed、 and neatly placed. Wear a dust mask for personal use、 with a dust concentration not exceeding 6mg/m3
