1. Theme and Scope of Application This standard is formulated to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (Trial) and control urban environmental vibration pollution. The water standard specifies the measurement method for environmental vibration in urban areas. This standard is only applicable to the measurement of vibration in urban areas or environments. 2 Terminology 2.1 Vibration Acceleration Level The ratio of the base 10 logarithm of the VAL acceleration to the reference acceleration multiplied by 20 is denoted as VAL、 in decibels and dB. According to the definition、 this quantity is: VAL=201g "(dB)、 where: a - effective value of vibration acceleration、 m/rp - reference acceleration、 ao -10- m/s. 2.2 Vibration Acceleration Level (VL) is the vibration acceleration level obtained by adjusting the weight factor of the whole body vibration at different frequencies according to ISO 2631/1-1985、 abbreviated as the vibration level、 denoted as VL. The unit is decibels、 dB. 2.3 Z-vibration level VL、 the vibration acceleration level obtained by adjusting the Z-weighting factor of full body vibration according to ISO 2631/1-1985、 denoted as VL、 in decibels and dB. The cumulative percentage of Z vibration level VLee exceeds a certain VL value in N% of the specified measurement time T. The value is called the cumulative percentage Z level、 denoted as VLp、 in decibels and dB. 2.5 Environmental vibrations with little change in vibration level during steady-state vibration observation time. 2.6 Impact vibration is an environmental vibration with sudden changes in vibration levels. 2-7 Random vibration is an environmental vibration whose vibration level cannot be predetermined at any time in the future
