4 Test Equipment 4.1 Instrument Composition: The infrared transmittance tester consists of an infrared light source、 a Michelson interferometer (beam splitter、 moving mirror、 fixed mirror)、 a sample chamber、 an infrared detector、 a signal analog-to-digital converter、 and a computer processing system. 4.2 Instrument requirements: The infrared light source used in the instrument should generally cover a wavelength range of 2.5 μ At m~25 pm、 the light source should undergo collimation and uniform beam expansion before radiation enters the interferometer. The effective aperture of the instrument is generally not less than 30 mm、 and the resolution is not less than 5X10 * cm~'. 5. Test Step 7.1 Turn on the instrument power and preheat it to a stable state. 7.2 Open the testing software、 input parameters such as wavenumber range、 scanning frequency、 resolution、 etc. 7.3 Test cavity baseline. Clean the sample and place it in the sample room. 7.5 Test sample transmittance. Save test data and curves. 7.6 Remove the sample crystal. Turn off the software、 computer、 and instrument power. Export transmittance data and curves for each wavelength through data processing. Generally、 one data is taken every 0.5 pm within the wavelength range used. Calculate the arithmetic mean of the wavelength transmittance used
