BAIJIAN - Third party testing organization
This standard specifies the materials、 surface quality、 diameter and diameter deviations、 length and length deviations、 joints、 sampling、 testing locations、 mechanical performance tests、 zinc coating tests、 and qualification certificates for galvanized steel wires with a nominal diameter (including coating) range of 1.25 mm to 5.50 mm for overhead stranded wires. Galvanized steel wire is divided into 5 strength levels、 represented by levels 1、 2、 3、 4、 and 5、 respectively. The galvanized layer is divided into two levels、 namely Class A and Class B. This standard applies to galvanized steel wires for overhead stranded wire structures and/or reinforcement. When calculating the standard value of galvanized steel wire、 the following values should be used: - Density of grade A and B galvanized steel wire at 20 ℃: 7.78 kg/dm3—— Linear expansion coefficient: 11.5 × 10-6 ℃ - '. 3 material steel wire should have the properties specified below. The minimum zinc content of zinc ingots for galvanizing is 99.85%. Steel wires can be galvanized using either hot dip or electroplating methods
