The hard foam polyurethane spraying external insulation system should be able to resist the combined effects of the following factors: under the most unfavorable temperature and humidity conditions in the local area、 it can withstand various internal and external loads combined with wind force、 self weight、 and normal collision. The insulation layer still does not separate or fall off from the base layer、 and remains stable in a humid state 3. It has good fire resistance performance; Although the hard foam polyurethane spray insulation layer is located on the outer side of the exterior wall、 fire prevention treatment cannot be ignored. After adding flame retardants、 polyurethane is a fire-resistant and self-extinguishing material. It is compounded with adhesive powder and polystyrene particle slurry to form a fire prevention system、 which can effectively prevent the spread of fire. The surface of the walls、 doors、 windows、 and other sides of the building shall be tightly covered with fire-resistant adhesive powder polystyrene particle material、 and there shall be no exposed parts. The use of thick adhesive powder polystyrene particle waterproof plaster surface layer is conducive to improving the fire resistance performance of the insulation layer

4. Excellent resistance to moisture and heat

(1) Good water tightness. Hard foam polyurethane materials have excellent waterproof and vapor insulation properties、 and the material does not contain water. The water absorption rate is also very low、 which can effectively block the penetration of water and steam、 maintaining a good and stable insulation condition of the wall、 which is difficult for other insulation materials to achieve. The surface of the hard foam polyurethane sprayed external insulation wall is tightly sealed without joints、 around holes、 and around door and window openings、 ensuring good waterproof performance and avoiding danger caused by rainwater entering the interior. The practice of many foreign engineering projects has proven that there are gaps in the water absorbing surface layer or surface layer、 which are prone to freezing damage in the case of rainwater infiltration and severe freezing (2) It is harmful to prevent condensation inside the wall or inside the insulation layer. During the drying process of newly built walls or under winter conditions、 when water vapor with high indoor temperature migrates to the outside、 it is impossible to form condensation inside the wall due to the barrier of hard foam polyurethane. When the indoor humidity is low and the indoor wall is well insulated、 it can also avoid condensation caused by the migration of water vapor moisture inside the wall (3) Be able to withstand the harshest local climate and its changes、 whether high or cold、 without causing irreversible damage or deformation to the external insulation system. The drastic changes in the surface temperature of the exterior wall (up to 50 degrees)、 such as sudden showers after a long period of exposure to sunlight or shading after exposure、 will not cause damage to the exterior wall surface when similar temperature differences occur. This avoids surface deformation caused by surface temperature changes、 which can lead to surface cracks 5. The impact resistance is better than insulation materials such as EPS; Hard foam polyurethane is a material with a higher strength ratio (material strength to volume density ratio). As an insulation material、 its performance is superior to materials such as expanded polystyrene and rock wool、 and its ability to resist external forces is also strong. The external insulation system of hard foam polyurethane spray composite adhesive powder and polystyrene particles for exterior walls can withstand collisions caused by normal human body and moving objects. When subjected to general collisions、 it will not cause damage to the external insulation system. When installing an air conditioner or using conventional methods to place maintenance facilities on it、 the surface layer will not crack or puncture 6.
