Rubber strip detection method for sealant strip detection: A photoelectric online width tester based on a single axis measuring head can detect the width of the sealant strip online. It can be installed on the production line for online detection (if necessary、 two sets of vertically distributed measuring heads can be installed to achieve width and thickness detection). The rebound performance is tested using a rebound tester、 which uses the height position measurement principle of a photoelectric probe for measurement. The measurement value is based on the platform as the reference "zero position". When measuring、 first use a pressing mechanism to press the adhesive strip fixture onto the platform and measure the height of the compression. Then the pressing mechanism releases instantly to lift the adhesive strip pressing plate、 and the photoelectric measuring head measures the rebound process of the adhesive strip and draws a rebound amount time curve. The embedded intelligent module of the device can be set to continuously measure、 analyze、 and record the rebound amount at 10 time points (with a preset number of time points) after release. The device has data output function and is equipped with upper computer software、 which can upload measurement data to the upper computer for analysis and processing
