1. Appearance inspection can preliminarily determine the quality of wires and cables by observing their appearance. The first step is to observe whether the surface of the wires and cables is smooth and flat、 and whether there are defects such as cracks、 burrs、 stains、 etc. The second step requires testing the degree of corrosion and oxidation on the surface of wires and cables. 2. Dimensional testing includes testing content such as cross-sectional area、 density、 sector height、 thickness、 etc. Additionally、 sampling testing of insulation layer thickness is required. Insulation thickness refers to the thickness of all protective layers on the insulation layer、 which can be tested using a projector and reading microscope. The average value of the final data can be compared with the specified standard data. The insulation layer thickness must strictly comply with national standards. 3. The structural inspection of wires and cables includes several inspection contents、 including sheath inspection、 section inspection、 insulation core and cable core structure. Structural inspection is the final inspection combined with appearance and size inspection. 4. In combination with national standards、 the identification of wires and cables is required to have anti friction and continuous characteristics、 and must maintain high clarity. The detection method is to use a degreased cotton ball dipped in alcohol to repeatedly wipe back and forth several times at the mark of the wire and cable. If the mark is still clear after wiping、 it means that the mark is qualified. Continuity refers to the distance between the end of one sign and the beginning of the next sign. The sheath should be ≤ 550mm、 the insulation should be ≤ 275mm、 and the distance between adjacent sets of digital signs should be ≤ 50mm
