1 Scope
This standard specifies the limits、 control technical requirements、 and detection methods for oil and gas emissions during the storage、 receipt、 and delivery of gasoline in oil storage depots. This standard is applicable to the management of gasoline and gas emissions from existing oil storage depots、 as well as the environmental impact assessment、 design、 completion acceptance、 and gasoline and gas emissions management after the completion of new、 renovated、 and expanded oil storage projects

3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard. 3.1
Tank gasoline terminal
A place (including a refinery) composed of oil storage tanks and used to receive and receive gasoline through pipelines、 ships、 or tank trucks.
