Testing items for polymer waterproof sheets
1. Specification and size testing items: width measurement、 thickness measurement、 and length measurement 2. Appearance quality inspection items: surface defects of the sheet material (impurities、 mechanical damage、 creases、 adhesives、 dent depth、 bubble depth、 etc.) 3. Physical performance testing items:
(1) Physical properties of homogeneous sheets: tensile strength、 elongation at break、 tear strength、 impermeability、 low-temperature bending、 heating expansion and contraction、 hot air aging、 alkali resistance、 ozone aging、 artificial climate aging、 bonding and peeling strength (2) Physical properties of composite sheets: tensile strength、 elongation at break、 tear strength、 impermeability、 low-temperature bending、 heating expansion、 hot air aging、 alkali resistance、 ozone aging、 artificial climate aging、 bonding peel strength、 composite strength (3) Physical properties of self-adhesive sheet material: If the main material of the self-adhesive sheet is of the above two types、 it shall be tested according to its testing items. Its low-temperature bending performance、 adhesion performance、 and peel strength need to be tested separately (4) Physical properties of profiled sheets: tensile strength、 elongation at break、 compressive performance、 drainage cross-sectional area、 hot air aging、 and alkali resistance (5) Physical properties of point adhesive sheets: The testing items are the same as homogeneous sheets、 but their room temperature tensile strength、 room temperature elongation at break、 and peel strength need to be tested separately
