TB/T3139-2021 This document replaces TB/T 3139-2006 "Locomotive and Rolling Stock Interior Materials and Indoor Air Hazardous Substance Limits". Compared with TB/T 3139-2006、 except for editorial modifications、 the main technical changes are as follows:
a) The classification of structural materials and decorative materials has been deleted、 Do not divide the applied materials into parts (see 3.1 and 3.2 of the 2006 version) p> B) Added heating weight loss terms and indicators (see 3.1、 4.2.1、 4.4.1、 4.6.1、 4.8.1、 4.9.1) p>
c) Added basic requirements for the limit of harmful substances and test methods for non-metallic materials in vehicles (see 4.1) p>
