TB/T 3138-2018 This standard was issued by the National Railway Administration in July 2018 Released on February 16th and implemented on February 1st、 2019
This standard specifies the flame retardant technical requirements and test methods for materials used in railway locomotives and vehicles. This standard is applicable to railway locomotives and passenger cars with a maximum operating speed not exceeding 200km/h
This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009、 replacing TB/T 3138-2006 "Technical Conditions for Flame Retardant Materials for Rolling Stock". Compared with TB/T 3138-2006、 this annotation、 The main technical changes are as follows:
The classification principle of structural material products for interior use has been modified (see 3.2、 3.1 of the 2006 version)
The sampling requirements for finished flame retardant materials for locomotives and rolling stock have been added (see 3.1)
The flame retardant requirements for polymer materials have been added (see 3.3.2)
The flame retardant requirements for general rubber materials have been added (see 3.6)
The physical and mechanical performance requirements for materials have been removed (see Tables 1 to 16 of the 2006 version)
Revised the sample quantity in Appendix A Judgment conditions (see Appendix A、 2006 edition Appendix A)
