2.1 Basic regulations 2.1.1 The unpacking inspection of the fan should meet the following requirements: 1. The parts、 components、 supporting parts、 and accompanying technical documents of the fan should be counted according to the equipment packing list; 2. The main installation dimensions of the impeller、 casing、 and other parts should be checked according to the design drawings; 3. The fan model、 conveying medium、 inlet and outlet direction (or angle)、 and pressure should comply with the engineering design requirements; The rotation direction of the impeller、 the angle and direction of the stator guide vanes and rectifier vanes should comply with the provisions of the random technical documents. The exposed parts of the fan should have no rust on each machined surface; The main parts and components such as the impeller and journal of the rotor、 the tooth surface of the gear、 and the journal of the gear shaft should be free from scratches and obvious deformation; The rust proof packaging of the fan should be intact and undamaged; The air inlet and exhaust ports of the overall factory fan should be covered with covers、 and there should be no dust or debris entering. After inspecting the surface of the exposed vibration measuring parts、 protective measures should be taken. 2.1.2 The handling and lifting of the fan should comply with the following requirements: 1. When handling and lifting the fan as a whole from the factory、 the ropes should not be tied to the lifting lugs on the rotor、 casing cover、 and bearing cover; When disassembling and lifting the fan from the factory、 the binding of the rope should not damage the surface of the components; The journals of rotors and gears、 as well as the vibration measurement parts、 shall not be used as binding parts; The lifting of the rotor and casing should be kept horizontal; 3. The protective layer applied inside the rotor and casing of the fan conveying special media should be properly protected and not damaged; 4.
