Testing personnel 4.1 Personnel engaged in magnetic particle testing and penetrant testing should hold the corresponding ship non-destructive testing technical qualification certificate recognized by China Classification Society. 4.2 Preparation of process documents Personnel (such as process cards and/or process procedures) should hold corresponding Level II or above ship non-destructive testing technical qualification certificates. 4.3 Personnel reviewing magnetic particle testing and penetration testing process documents should hold corresponding Level III and I ship non-destructive testing technical qualification certificates. 4.4. The vision of testing personnel should be checked once a year、 and the corrected vision should not be less than 1.0、 without color blindness or color weakness. 5 Testing equipment 5.1 Measuring equipment used for testing must be equipped with A legally qualified unit shall conduct metrological verification and issue a verification certificate、 ensuring that it is within the validity period of the measurement. 5.2 The magnetic particle testing machine should comply with the provisions of JB/T 8290. 5.3 The AC electromagnetic moment used for magnetic field testing should have a lifting force greater than 44N at its large magnetic field spacing、 and the lifting force of the DC electromagnetic moment at its large magnetic field spacing should be greater than 177 N.5.4 The powder sprayer used for applying dry magnetic particles should be able to evenly spray out a mist of dry magnetic particles and generate sufficient compressed air flow to blow off magnetic particles that have not formed magnetic marks on the tested surface. The gas flow rate emitted by the powder sprayer should be adjusted as necessary according to the method specified by the manufacturer. 5.5 The magnetic suspension spraying equipment should have a stirring device or corresponding capacity to ensure that the magnetic suspension is in a uniform suspension state and can be applied to the tested surface with appropriate pressure. The ultraviolet wavelength range of the 5.6 black light lamp is 330 nm~390 nm、 with a central wavelength of 365 nm. The ultraviolet irradiance at a distance of 380 mm from the surface of the black light filter plate should not be less than 1000 u w/cm.
