General 1.1 General requirements. All voltages are effective values. 1.8 Scrubbing resistance inspection of colors and markings should be carried out by gently wiping the manufacturer's name or trademark、 insulation wire core color、 or digital markings with a ball of absorbent cotton or a dry cloth soaked in water、 a total of 10 times. The inspection results should meet the standard requirements. 1.9 Insulation thickness measurement t1.9.1 step Insulation thickness should be in accordance with GB/T 2951.11-2008 section 8 According to the regulations、 cable samples should be taken at three locations at least 1 meter apart
