This part of GB/T17626 specifies the immunity requirements and test methods for electrical and electronic equipment subjected to electrostatic discharge from adjacent objects directly by the operator and its operator. It also specifies the scope and test procedures for different environmental and installation conditions at different test levels. The purpose of this section is to establish a universal and reproducible benchmark to evaluate the performance of electrical and electronic equipment when subjected to electrostatic discharge. In addition、 it also includes possible electrostatic discharge from the human body to objects close to critical equipment. The provisions of this section include: typical waveform of discharge current: - range of test level: test equipment: test configuration: - test procedure: - calibration procedure- Measurement uncertainty. This section proposes technical requirements for "laboratory" testing and "testing after equipment installation". This section does not specify the testing of special equipment and systems. Its main purpose is to provide a common basic guideline for all relevant professional standardization technical committees. The relevant professional standardization technical committees (or equipment users and manufacturers) are responsible for selecting tests and determining the severity level of test conditions. In order not to hinder the coordination and standardization tasks、 it is strongly recommended that relevant professional standardization technical committees or users and manufacturers consider adopting the relevant immunity tests specified in this section (in their future work or modifications to the original standard).
