The material performance、 size、 and appearance inspection indicators should comply with the provisions of JG/T 398-2012 "Grouting Sleeves for Steel Bar Connection" In the material performance inspection、 if both test pieces are qualified、 then the performance of the batch of sleeve materials is judged as qualified. When the qualification rate of the sleeve sample is not less than 97% during the size and appearance inspection of the sleeve、 the batch of sleeves is considered qualified Only sleeves that pass the material performance、 size、 and appearance inspection can be judged as qualified products before leaving the factory for use.
