Hardness testing: 5% of the anchors should be selected from each batch and not less than 5 sets. Hardness testing should be conducted on the parts with hardness requirements、 and at least 5 pieces should be selected from each set for the clips of the porous clamp type anchor. Each part shall be tested at 3 points、 and its hardness shall be within the design requirements. If one part fails、 double the number of parts shall be taken for retesting. Precautions for Anchorage:
(1) The cutting of prestressed reinforcement should be done using a grinding wheel saw、 and arc cutting is not allowed When weaving steel strands、 they should be straightened out one by one and bundled into bundles without any disorder. The extrusion type anchorage or embossed type anchorage at the fixed end of the steel strand should be assembled with the pressure plate and spiral reinforcement in advance (3) The machinery、 equipment、 and instruments used for prestressing should be regularly maintained and calibrated Before tensioning the prestressed reinforcement、 a concrete strength test report should be provided. When the compressive strength of concrete meets the design requirements and is not less than 75% of the design strength level、 prestressing can be applied Before tensioning the prestressed reinforcement、 the surface of the bearing plate should be cleaned and the quality of the concrete behind the bearing plate should be checked. If there are voids in the concrete at this location、 it should be repaired with epoxy mortar before tensioning
